Job summary

Appian is actively seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive federal government opportunities from Ottawa with a remote work model. You will lead complex Canadian deals, build pipelines, and present ROI to CIOs and business leaders, collaborating with Customer Success and Solutions Consultants to win net-new logos.

This role requires strategic selling, MEDDPICC mastery, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate deal velocity and maximize value for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct software selling experience.
• Minimum 2 years as an Enterprise Account Executive.
• Quota achievement history and net-new logos.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across the Canadian Federal government.
• Build a robust, sustainable pipeline through strategic prospecting and territory mapping.
• Deliver high-impact value-based presentations to LOB and IT leadership, communicating ROI and business value.
• Align cross-functional resources to maximize deal velocity and size and establish trusted advisor status.
