The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in management consulting or medical communications. This remote role allows for flexibility in working environment. Competitive compensation offered, including a base salary ranging from $150,000 to $220,000 CAD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within a management consulting company or as a senior lead at a medical communications agency.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with medical content processes.
• Experience working with a content management system.

Responsibilities

• Lead large customer engagements and manage key relationships.
• Oversee a team of consultants for project delivery.
• Support business development efforts with clients.
