• 12–24 months of experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to read plans and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Teamwork, communication, and self-control are valued; awareness of metric/ISO systems.

Responsibilities

• Use electrical measuring and testing equipment according to procedures.
• Follow quality documentation and DO, checklists, drawings.
• Apply organizational and job-methodology guidelines.
• Troubleshoot using internal systems: RNC, Poka, etc.
• Share knowledge and mentor less-experienced staff; act as technical leader.
