Ateko is seeking a Monitoring Specialist to enhance reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of its monitoring landscape. You will oversee Dynatrace-based monitoring, deploy OneAgent, map service topology, and automate tasks with PowerShell across cloud environments.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, incident response, and collaborating to deliver high-availability IT services for client success, with remote Canada-wide opportunities.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of hands-on Dynatrace in production environments.
• Experience deploying OneAgent, Dynatrace Intelligence, Smartscape, management zones, synthetic and real-user monitoring (RUM).
• PowerShell scripting, monitoring and managing IT infrastructure including clouds.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure and GCP and their Dynatrace integration.

Responsabilités

• System Monitoring: implement and manage monitoring solutions (Dynatrace, PowerAdmin) for servers, networks, apps, and cloud resources.
• OneAgent Deployment and Configuration across hosts, containers, and cloud services.
• Topology and Management Configuration with zones, tagging, and Smartscape mappings.
• Scripting and Automation: develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and reports.
• Alert and Incident Management: configure alerts, respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis.
• Performance Optimization and Compliance: analyze performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: optimize Dynatrace configurations and processes.
