Job summary

The role requires hands-on Dynatrace administration, cloud-platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and collaboration with development, security, and operations teams in a Canada-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/engineering.
• Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on with Dynatrace administration and observability implementation.
• Experience with cloud platforms and IaC/CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available platform infrastructure.
• Implement Platform Engineering and SRE practices across enterprise apps.
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Drive reliability improvements and participate in on-call rotations.
• Automate operational tasks and contribute to IaC initiatives.
