Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a self-motivated Bilingual Calculation Analyst for the National Life, Disability & Wellness Team in Canada. You’ll calculate and code offsets to STD/LTD benefits, explain overpayments clearly, and negotiate repayment plans with plan members.

You will also handle recoveries in Navigator, interpret group contracts, and communicate effectively in English and French. A strong math background and MS Office proficiency are required, with Navigator experience a plus.

• Bilingual English/French is an asset; bilingualism may be required in Quebec.
• Experience with Navigator is an asset.
