Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical operations trial leads and study teams.
• Develop operational strategies and drive trial execution with vendors.
• Direct CRO and vendor selection, budgets, and SOWs.
• Prepare materials for executive and board meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Ensure trials run on time and within budget across global sites.
