Job summary

Postmedia is seeking an Associate Account Executive for our Edmonton-based and 100% remote team. You’ll focus on new business acquisition within a remote model, supported by SDRs and an AI-powered sales stack to accelerate growth.

In this developmental role you’ll learn consultative digital sales, use CRM tools, and progress toward a full Account Executive position as you hit revenue targets and master the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new business through outbound and digital channels.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and qualify opportunities.
• Present digital advertising solutions across SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Social, and Display.
• Manage a structured pipeline in CRM with forecasting and activity tracking.
• Leverage AI tools to improve call performance and follow-up efficiency.
• Achieve or exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Transition qualified opportunities to fulfillment teams.
