You will guide the Email Marketing Specialist and Performance Marketing initiatives, optimize partner relationships, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable revenue growth while collaborating with brand and marketing

Qualifications

• 6 – 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the direction of email marketing across brands and ensure it drives revenue.
• Define lifecycle strategies, testing priorities, and performance targets based on data.
• Oversee affiliate, paid media, and influencer channels, driving growth and efficiency.
• Set digital strategy and KPIs across channels and align with brand campaigns.
• Guide the Performance Marketing Specialist and other team members to optimize campaigns.
