Qualifications

• Multiple years of digital design experience for digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio required.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Knowledge of digital design processes, image optimization, responsive design, and CMS.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Open to feedback and collaborative design sessions.
• Able to solve problems and balance stakeholder needs.
• Data-driven design decisions using customer insights.
• Motion design experience is a plus.
• French language skills or bilingual design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual design from concept to completion and guide campaigns.
• Create brand-consistent designs across campaigns and assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sprint workflows.
• Present design solutions to key stakeholders.
• Organize project briefs, deadlines, and asset files.
• Manage workload against business priorities.
• Ensure accessibility and AODA compliance in digital products.
