Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Data Steward to ensure accuracy and governance of master and reference data across enterprise systems. This team-oriented role partners with global, vertical and local teams to enforce standards, remediate data issues, and enable reliable reporting and informed decision-making.

You will drive data quality and integrity, perform audits, support data migrations and provide insights through dashboards. A Bachelor’s in data management and 3–5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data management or related field.
• 3–5+ years of data stewardship, governance or MDM experience.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and data modeling.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills for validation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Enforce data governance policies across global and local teams.
• Validate accuracy and completeness of master data and records.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and sales to remediate data issues.
• Create reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Support data migrations, integrations, and metadata management.
