Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Data Steward who will ensure accuracy and integrity of master and reference data across enterprise systems. The role partners with global and local teams to drive governance, remediation, and high-quality data for actionable insights.

You will support administrative, operational, and sales teams, enabling reliable reporting and informed decision-making. Remote role with a culture that values inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of data stewardship, data governance, master data management or qualitative data analytics in a global enterprise setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management & Analytics or related field.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, ERP, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enforce governance policies and validate records for compliance across enterprise systems.
• Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and remediation of non-compliant data in Salesforce and other data stores.
• Provide insights from stewardship activities to improve data management and reporting.
• Guide users on proper data entry standards and best practices to ensure data integrity across departments.
• Maintain authoritative data dictionaries and metadata for transparency and usability.
