Qualifications

Job description

Join our team as a (Remote) Customer Success Manager at Harris Computer. We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage customer relationships, ensure successful software deployments, and promote customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various departments, providing training, and acting as a client advocate. The position is remote, open to candidates in Canada and the US.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships related to software deployment and use
  • Prioritizing and resolving JIRA tickets
  • Developing strong customer relationships and confidence
  • Understanding and communicating enQuesta software features
  • Coordinating activities across departments to meet customer needs
  • Facilitating customer training and support
  • Tracking progress and following up on customer requests
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, preferably with enQuesta Operations or in the utility sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to build relationships across organizational levels
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
