Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or similar role.
• Knowledge of ERP management systems and SQL.
• Knowledge of tires and automotive accessories is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX, WEB, SQL and Excel systems.
• Respond to customer needs based on product availability.
• Provide information such as advice, pricing, dates and delivery status.
• Participate in supplier training sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
