Job summary

Toromont Cat is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive the customer experience program across Eastern Canada. You will report on VOC, track KPIs, and partner with regional leaders to deliver the Caterpillar brand promise.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 3–6 years’ experience in customer experience, marketing, or related areas.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the customer experience strategy across regions.
• Track KPI’s around customer loyalty and report to regional leaders.
• Analyze VOC feedback and coordinate improvement plans with branch leadership.
• Collaborate with equipment, parts and service teams to drive CX initiatives.
• Complete regional branch assessments and implement changes as needed.
