Job summary

Unknown is seeking a multi-faceted Meta ads specialist. The role splits evenly across creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communication, researching audience pain points, developing persuasive copy, and driving campaigns.

You'll lead client meetings, translate performance data into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with a growing team of about 20. Remote-first with flexible scheduling; you can work from anywhere within PST, CST, or EST.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting tailored for social scrolls and audiences.
• Experience studying ads; reverse-engineering campaigns.
• Familiarity with CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL metrics.
• Ability to lead client relationships and strategy discussions.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and desired outcomes from Reddit, reviews, and competitors.
• Build personas and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and storytelling.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budgeting.
• Analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to determine winning creatives.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and keep docs updated.
