Pathlion Staffing Careers is seeking a Creative Strategist for a fully remote, full-time role serving US/Canada markets. You’ll drive creative testing, translate insights into winning ad concepts, and coordinate with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to scale performance across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.

You’ll own the full creative strategy loop and develop data-backed hypotheses, writing precise briefs and maintaining a high creative bar while delivering

Qualifications

• Creative thinking and strategic direction for paid social campaigns.
• Experience in leading creative testing and iteration.
• Portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid socials.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan tests, and iterate to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors, and designers.
