Job summary

Bushbalm Inc., a fast-growing skincare brand, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager on a 12-month contract. You will own planning and inventory across DTC, Amazon, national retail, and professional channels, reporting to the Director of Operations.

This hands-on leadership role keeps stock aligned with demand while protecting working capital. You will lead a planning team, collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and contract manufacturers, and drive the S&OP process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or inventory planning in consumer products or CPG, including time in a lead/manager role.
• Hands-on planning ownership including replenishment plan, safety-stock policy, and PO execution.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and replenishment across finished goods and components.
• Manage replenishment triggering and reorder points to stay in stock without overbuying.
• Own safety stock policy and balance service levels with working capital.
• Own inventory levels across network and BOM accuracy in ERP.
