Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced consumer insights managers to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will oversee the full study lifecycle—from interview design to insight synthesis and the creation of AI-generated deliverables across core workflows.

This remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week with competitive compensation at $70/hour and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with ownership of the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Translate user research findings into actionable product recommendations and research deliverables.
• Lead study design, data collection, synthesis, and storytelling for stakeholders.
