Job summary

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. The company offers a remote contract role for a User/customer research and feedback synthesis Evaluator, paying $80–$120/hour.

You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts, identify errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, and provide structured feedback to improve model outputs, working independently and with experts to ensure high-quality datasets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of user/customer research and feedback synthesis experience.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, incl. Slides.

Position: User/customer research and feedback synthesis Evaluator
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80–$120/hour

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in User/customer research and feedback synthesis.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Preferred

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution.
