Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced personal finance consultants to support training of a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will apply 4+ years of client advisory experience to refine AI outputs and financial plans across cash-flow, debt payoff, and retirement drawdown scenarios.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling (5-20 hours per week) and compensation at $70/hour, with start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years advising individual clients on household cash-flow planning, debt payoff scheduling, and retirement drawdown modeling
• Skilled at turning a client's scattered accounts and goals into a clear, goals‑based financial plan they can actually follow
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Train and guide the language model on professional finance-related tasks and client scenarios.
