Job summary

Directive is seeking a PR & Communications Manager to lead day-to-day PR delivery, including media relations, press releases, executive positioning, and thought leadership for a portfolio of B2B clients.

You will collaborate with the Head of PR & Communications, build strong media relationships, and contribute to strategic narratives and influencer programs in a remote-first environment that spans Canada, the US, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of PR and communications experience.
• Agency background with B2B or B2B tech preferred.
• Proven ability to earn meaningful media coverage.
• Strong media relationships and rapid new-relationship skills.
• Experience with executive thought leadership programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day PR delivery: earned media, media relations, press releases, executive positioning, and thought leadership.
• Support influencer and organic social programs and collaborate with the Head of PR & Communications.
• Develop strategic communications plans aligned with client objectives.
• Build and maintain media relationships across trade, business, and tech press.
• Translate complex B2B narratives into compelling pitches and stories.
• Track performance against KPIs and contribute to client strategy across lines.
