NFP Corp is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service trucking and transportation clients, manage a book of business, and coordinate endorsements, bindings, and certificates. The role emphasizes proactive client communication and efficient response to inquiries.

This is a full‑time remote position operating in PST, MT or CST hours. The candidate will handle billing, financing setups, and renewal marketing while building carrier relationships and delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Prior client service and/or industry experience required.
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance.
• Prior retail brokerage experience required.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts and participate in meetings.
• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, and collect payments.
• Obtain renewal information and prepare renewal quotations for carriers and insured.
• Quote policy changes, assist with financing, and manage premium collections.
• Maintain and update client policy records in the agency system.
• Answer calls and emails, addressing client questions as needed.
• Follow up on suspense items and outstanding information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
