Job summary

Fortive Corporation, a global industrial technology innovator with Intelex, is seeking a Collections Analyst to join the Accounts Receivable and Billing team. You will manage overdue accounts, follow up with customers, and collaborate with Billing, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve cash collection performance.

The role requires 1–3 years in collections/accounts receivable, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or accounting software.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience interpreting and reviewing customer orders and MSAs.
• 1–3 years in collections/AR role.

Responsibilities

• Manage overdue customer accounts to support collection goals.
• Follow up with customers via email or phone on overdue balances.
• Collaborate with Billing, Legal, Customer Success to resolve issues and improve AR processes.
• Prepare and maintain collection notes and reporting for visibility into receivables.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection processes and communications.
