Job summary

CBI Home Health is seeking a Clinical Data Administrator for a 7-month contract, with remote work options. You will support referrals, data entry for service authorizations and care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates have a Business Administration certificate or related diploma, two years of experience, and strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills. Medical knowledge is a plus; salary ranges CAD 45,000 to 51,000 per year.

Salary Range

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $45,000 – $51,000 per year

What you will do

• The Clinical Data Administrator will be responsible for efficiently handling client referrals, collaborating closely with the clinical team, and managing data entry tasks such as service authorizations and care plans in accordance with CBI policies. The role requires effective communication with various internal teams, attention to details, and the adaptability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
• Responds to client referrals and updates to care provision in a timely efficient manner.
  
• Works effectively with the clinical team.
  
• Data Entry, Inputs service authorization and care plan using tools, forms and processes as aligned with CBI policy, procedures, and guidelines.
  
• Review and process Clinical Data Admin tasks like client terminations, client visit times changes…etc in the AlayaCare software.
• Participate in administrative projects like visit validation
  

What you will need to be successful

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant Certificate preferred
• Two years relevant experience
• Medical knowledge and/or medical background considered an asset
• Advanced Computer Skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
