Job summary

CBI Home Health is seeking a Clinical Data Administrator for a 7-month contract, with remote work options. You will support referrals, data entry for service authorizations and care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates have a Business Administration certificate or related diploma, two years of experience, and strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills. Medical knowledge is a plus; salary ranges CAD 45,000 to 51,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant Certificate preferred.
• Two years relevant experience.
• Advanced computer skills with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Medical knowledge considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process client referrals and update care provision with the clinical team.
• Enter service authorizations and care plans using AlayaCare per policy.
• Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in administrative projects such as visit validation.
