Job summary

CBI Home Health is seeking a Clinical Data Administrator for a 7-month remote contract to handle client referrals, input service authorizations, and care plans in line with policy. The role requires accuracy and collaboration with the clinical team in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, two years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel, with AlayaCare software experience preferable.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant Certificate preferred.
• Two years relevant experience.
• Medical knowledge and/or medical background considered an asset.
• Advanced Computer Skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Data Administrator will be responsible for efficiently handling client referrals, collaborating closely with the clinical team, and managing data entry tasks such as service authorizations and care plans in accordance with CBI policies.
• Responds to client referrals and updates to care provision in a timely efficient manner.
• Works effectively with the clinical team.
• Data Entry, Inputs service authorization and care plan using tools, forms and processes as aligned with CBI policy, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review and process Clinical Data Admin tasks like client terminations, client visit times changes…etc in the AlayaCare software.
• Participate in administrative projects like visit validation

Salary Range

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $45,000 – $51,000 per year
