Job summary

CBI Home Health is seeking a Clinical Data Administrator for a 7-month contract with remote work. You will manage client referrals, enter service authorizations and care plans, and work closely with the clinical team to ensure accurate data in AlayaCare.

Attention to detail and strong computer skills are essential. The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in business admin or related field, plus two years’ experience; medical knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years relevant experience.
• Medical knowledge considered an asset.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle client referrals and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Perform data entry for service authorizations and care plans.
• Maintain accurate records in AlayaCare per policy.
• Respond to referrals and update care provisions timely.
• Participate in administrative projects like visit validation.
