Job summary

Luminultra is seeking a Client Experience Representative to join our Client Experience Team in Canada. You will own daily client interactions, maintain SLAs across channels, and deliver product trainings to help customers successfully implement testing programs.

The role supports revenue-generating activities, onboarding, quotes, and order processing while collaborating with Sales, Applications, and Support. A 2+ year customer-facing background and Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support across channels and SLA.
• Deliver product trainings and guide customers through testing programs.
• Support knowledge base and training content.
• Assist with quotes, orders, and transactional sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and Support teams.
