The Sales Coordinator and Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth order processing. You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team and will communicate daily with customers around the world. Your responsibilities include entering and processing orders, answering inquiries, and helping customers with technical questions. You will also work closely with the outside sales team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in customer service, sales operations, manufacturing, and business administration while developing valuable professional skills.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, manufacturing, administration, or business operations is beneficial but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
