Job summary

Lyfegen seeks a Customer Operations Analyst to support Canada operations from a remote setup. You will manage end-to-end rebate management for Canadian customers, conduct data analyses, and collaborate with Product and Tech to drive automation and improvements in the Canadian rebate workflow.

You will apply strong analytical skills with Excel/SQL/Power BI, communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, and help scale Lyfegen’s healthcare pricing and rebate solutions for insurers,

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in customer operations, data analysis or business analysis, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with drug reimbursement processes or drug pricing is desirable.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive automation or tooling improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end rebate management process for Canadian customers with accurate, timely processing.
• Act as the Canada subject matter expert for rebate management and drive automation and product improvements.
• Execute and support data analysis projects, focusing on retrospective rebate analyses for clients.
• Present analysis findings to clients and external stakeholders and ensure clarity of rebate processes.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base with solutions and best practices.
• Support client onboarding related to data analytics and rebate management.
