Job summary

LandSea Camp Services seeks a Housekeeping Attendant to keep our remote BC camps clean for guests. The role involves cleaning, bed making, laundry, and ensuring bathrooms are spotless, with shifts on 10- or 12-hour schedules and potential travel subsidies.

Wages range from $18.47 to $21.55 per hour, with overtime, meals and accommodation provided on site, and a health and wellness benefits program for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years housekeeping experience.
• Strong communication skills. Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Team player with ability to provide support, motivation, and encouragement to others.
• Excellent attention to detail and well-developed organization skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Always maintain a professional appearance.
• Works safely and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service.
• Make beds, change linens, comforters and towels.
• Remove garbage and dust shelving.
• Sweep and vacuum the mudroom, hallway, and entranceways.
• Check inbound and outbound guest lists for room changeover and report changes.
• Ensure bathrooms are cleaned daily (floors, toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors).
• Replenish toilet paper, towels, and soap.
• Keep the laundry room tidy; dust and sweep daily, mop every other day.
• Keep linen storage clean and organized.
