Job summary

Aramark is seeking experienced Breakfast Cooks / Bakers for a remote camp near Terrace, BC. You will prepare breakfast and baked goods for camp residents, working long shifts in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The role requires 3–5 years’ related experience, strong baking skills, and English proficiency. It offers a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation with accommodations and meals provided on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ previous experience as a breakfast cook, line cook, baker or similar role.
• High production baking experience with at least 70% scratch baking
• Knowledge of breakfast food preparation and cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food Safe Certification is an asset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to meet physical demands: lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Criminal Record Check Clearance
• Health Questionnaire
• Valid Government Issued ID for travel if required
• Two references from former employers
