Raise is hiring a Business & Systems Consultant to guide pre-discovery, frame problems, and align scope for insurance or distribution projects. You will lead Lean UX sessions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders while prioritizing risks and dependencies.

The role requires strong BSA experience, ability to work in ambiguity, and a self-starter mindset, with comfort in AI-enabled exploration and cross-domain collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong BSA experience: gather requirements and translate to actionable specs.
• Experience starting with limited information and identifying root problems.
• Comfort navigating evolving requirements and shifting priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to drive discovery independently.
• Ability to understand technology concepts and communicate business needs.
• Confident in leading workshops and presenting recommendations.
• Experience with AI tools to support work.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-discovery and problem-framing with sponsors to clarify needs and roadmaps.
• Lead Lean UX sessions and discovery workshops; assess current/future states and gaps.
• Assess change impacts on systems and processes; manage risks and dependencies.
• Create and maintain requirements, epics, user stories, data mappings, and docs.
• Support roll-out and end-to-end validation of developed solutions.
• Manage stakeholders including senior leaders; present findings for decisions.
• Lead cross-team solution discussions and coordinate technical intake requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning, estimates, and timelines.
• Compare options, costs, feasibility, and trade-offs to recommend approaches.
