Qualifications

• Academic background in Engineering, ideally with a focus on HVAC.
• Experience in Energy Engineering, MEP Engineering, or Building Automation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments to develop project scopes.
• Provide technical support to the sales team.
• Produce schematic documentation for projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation.
• Drive participation in utility incentive programs.
• Optimize internal processes for project delivery.
• Support the Service Delivery team.
• Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
