Job summary

Inviro Engineered Systems Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Designer based in Scarborough, Ontario. As part of a leading engineering firm, you'll implement HVAC designs and work with a dedicated team on diverse projects in the ICI sector.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 4+ years of experience, with knowledge of applicable codes and standards. We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $85,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in Mechanical Design (HVAC & Plumbing emphasis).
• Demonstrated experience working on various commercial, industrial, and/or institutional buildings.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) an asset.

Responsibilities

• Implement the design concept through detailed mechanical design and production drawings.
• Conduct heating and cooling load calculations.
• Review shop drawings to confirm they adhere to project requirements.
