Placements24 is seeking an innovative Blockchain Product Manager to own the roadmap and strategy for cryptocurrency and blockchain products. This fully remote role partners with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver market-leading solutions.

You will study customer needs, analyze market trends, and drive product opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment, shaping the future of decentralized technologies while maintaining a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years in product management with launches of technology products.
Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-related products.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and requirements.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning and execution in an agile environment.
Launch new products and features, monitor their performance, and iterate based on user feedback and data.
