Job summary

Lightspeed in Montreal is seeking a Billing Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. You will support customers with subscription and invoice-related inquiries across Lightspeed products, reporting to the Global Billing Manager.

You will ensure accurate billing support, follow established processes, and collaborate with your manager and team to address issues and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, billing, or support roles.

Responsibilities

• Resolve billing and subscription inquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Review, consolidate, and reconcile orders, contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Handle terminations and outstanding payment inquiries.
• Update and maintain accurate customer account information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Document and track customer interactions in CRM systems.
