Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a Part Time, Permanent Customer Support Representative to handle inbound inquiries for a telecommunications client. The role is remote in Canada with a minimum of 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and potential to rise to 37.5 hours per week.

You will respond to questions about plans, assist with issues, review accounts, and refer customers to specialists when needed. Training is provided and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Strong English and French communication skills and ability to work in a bilingual environment.
• Experience in customer support with ticketing systems and high-volume calls is preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and able to explain telecom options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about telecom plans and services.
• Assist clients with telecom products and issues and review accounts.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Schedule appointments for service subscriptions and process purchase orders.
• Identify improvements to enhance services and maintain data security.
