Job summary

The Junkluggers in Canada is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This role will work with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge.

Remote, full-time position with paid weekly wages and earned bonuses. Duties include answering calls, tending to enrollment materials, determining eligibility, and explaining policies through our Needs Analysis system.

Responsibilities

• Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
• Accept customer calls and return customer.
• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
