Unimax Ltd. is seeking an Application Support Technician to operate as the subject matter expert for our critical systems, including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), WMS/TMS (Manhattan), CRM (Salesforce), and B2B/B2C platforms. The role requires autonomy and strong internal customer service.

The candidate will translate business needs into functional specs, support system configurations, and participate in enhancements, with on-call rotation and after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• DEP in Computer Support or equivalent training.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in application support or a Cloud ERP environment.
• Knowledge of EDI is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Analyze support tickets and diagnose root causes beyond standard procedures.
• Manage user access to business applications.
• Support B2B and B2C web platforms.
• Manage Zebra and Honeywell mobile devices via the MDM platform.
• Support the Salesforce CRM.
• Assist with testing and validation activities.
• Produce documentation and procedures.
• Correct erroneous data or transactions in ERP/EDI/CapturePoint.
