Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide Level 2 and 3 support for business applications and devices.

The role focuses on resolving complex computing, networking, and application issues at a national IT level, with emphasis on customer service and proper documentation. Based in Vancouver distribution operations, the 12-month contract will involve hands-on training, travel to facilities as needed, and collaboration with Corporate IT.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in information systems or CS with 2–4 years in technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and networking.
• Experience with Office 365 administration and CoPilot.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Own issue resolution from start to finish for incidents.
• Join priority 1/2 calls and assist with critical decisions.
• Build relationships with business and technical partners.
• Support ERP-JDE, WMS-Infios and other enterprise platforms.
• Deploy and image laptops; assist in procurement alignment.
• Document issues and create training materials.
• Maintain help desk tickets and perform asset audits.
• Other projects as assigned.
