Outlier is seeking talented, detail-oriented English speakers to help train generative AI voice, image, and video models. This freelance opportunity is remote and hours are flexible, so you can work whenever is best for you.

You may contribute by holding live conversations in English with AI voice models, ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity, and by comparing AI-generated media. A short screening and onboarding may apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to zoom in and replay.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models and rank outputs by naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted motion, text errors or mismatched audio.
• Write a specific, English explanation detailing what you observed for each task.
