Outlier is seeking talented English speakers to help train generative AI models, including voice, image, and video. The role is remote with flexible hours, requiring precise, English-language communication and careful attention to detail.

You will rate outputs, compare AI content, and provide clear, evidence-based feedback. Applicants should be comfortable thinking on their feet, writing concise explanations, and making decisions when options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speakers with strong written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher desirable.
• Detail oriented with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable articulating thoughts clearly in everyday conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options are flawed.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distortion, flickering, or misalignment in audio/video.
• Providing written explanations in English detailing observed issues and conclusions.
