Job summary

IntuitionLabs is expanding its remote delivery team in North America, seeking an associate with a strong research background plus Python or R scripting skills. You will learn AI tools and workflows to support biotech clients across research, regulatory, clinical, quality and business teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on preclinical data mapping, AI-assisted literature search, and building knowledge platforms. Growth to a full specialist role is planned through structured training.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with strong research background required.
• Hands-on research in medicinal/ computational chemistry, assay biology, protein/antibody science, DMPK or toxicology is desirable.
• Fluent written and spoken English essential.
• Regular use of AI tools and curiosity about their limitations.
• Data handling familiarity; scripting in Python or R is advantageous.
• Available for meetings across Eastern and Pacific times.

Responsibilities

• Support the research and preclinical month of programs: map data workflows and measure time-to-answer.
• Show scientists how to search internal files and literature with AI; ensure traceability to sources.
• Help build knowledge platforms linking Box, SharePoint, Benchling and published literature; resolve data conflicts.
• Build workflows for recurring scientific tasks: literature reviews, assay summaries, IND sections.
• Create and deliver training materials in our Academy: workshops, guides, short videos.
• Answer client questions via help desk and office hours; keep monthly scorecard current.
• Collaborate with senior specialists in regulatory, CMC, clinical, medical and data science.
