Job summary

Casper Studios is hiring an AI Security & DevOps Engineer to own how AI systems go from prototype to production securely. You will set security standards, enforce threat models, secure defaults, and manage authentication and secrets patterns across client engagements.

The role spans identity, cloud, data protection, and enterprise risk considerations. You will work across engagements with regulated enterprises on Microsoft stacks, shaping production readiness, security review evidence, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on application and product security experience.
• DevOps and platform depth: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud.
• Identity and authentication depth with OAuth/OIDC, SSO/SCIM, RBAC.
• LLM and agent security expertise: prompt injection, tool/connector permissions.
• Secure SDLC in practice: SAST/DAST/SCA, supply chain controls.
• Judgment to right-size controls to the stage and stakes.
• Client-facing credibility for enterprise security reviews.
• AI-native mindset with daily use of AI tooling.
• Strong writing; producing standards, evidence packs, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Own Casper's dev-to-production security standard and drive adoption.
• Define and run the security gate in delivery: threat models and design reviews.
• Harden identity, secrets, data protection, and agent surface.
• Own platform security dependencies: CI/CD, IaC, environment and access mgmt., logging.
• Audit internal repos and systems, fix what is found.
• Lead client security conversations and map requirements to solutions.
• Set vendor preferences for auth, secrets, telemetry, and scanning.
• Incorporate security into scoping and production roadmaps.
• Raise security bar across engineering through reviews and standards.
