Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, rate live conversations with an AI voice model, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos, inspecting outputs for issues, and writing concise explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard. This freelance role offers weekly payments from Canada.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable speaking through realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of clear decision making when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flicker, or audio-visual mismatches and writing explanations.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing written, specific feedback.
