Job summary

Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, seeks English-speaking experts to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rank naturalness, and compare media against prompts. You will also provide written explanations detailing observed issues, across images, video, and audio tasks.

Work remotely on a flexible schedule, with project-based tempo. You will earn up to $15 per hour, plus incentives based on Missions performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, evidence-based writing.
• Strong attention to detail; comfortable replaying or zooming in to verify details.
• Able to articulate reasoning and explanations in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank outputs by naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Write concise explanations of observed issues in English.
