Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all from home on your own schedule.

You’ll be paid per project with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM, and you’ll get free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, including Canada and Australia.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain observations concisely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of AI outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions or misalignments.
• Writing a clear, English explanation pointing to observed issues.
