Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, rank responses, and explain what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI systems in real-world tasks.

This freelance opportunity pays up to $15 USD per hour, with weekly payments and access to leading large language models. Applicants from multiple countries, including Canada, are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review of AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Provide written explanations detailing observed issues and rationale.
